URBAN

Often projects can run more smoothly and on-time if any planning issues are identified in the design stage of a project.  I can assist your builders, architects or project managers and alert them early to potential District/Regional Plan and RMA issues.   If you can't find a design response to a planning issue then I can guide you through the resource consent process and manage your resource consent applications for you. 

 I can also assist with the planning element of subdivision applications.

Water takes and discharge permits are essential for the rural sector to function effectively.  I can assist you in securing these necessary approvals

 SUBMISSIONS

Council proposed plan changes provide an opportunity for members of the public to have their say on the planning rules which tell us what we can and can't do on our property or in our city, district or region.  The public have their say by making a submission on the plan change.  Making a good submission can be complex and time consuming if you are not familiar with the process.  I can help you prepare your submission to ensure your view is heard.

PRIVATE PLAN CHANGES

When you wish to change a part of a District Plan, such as rezoning an area, you need to propose a private plan change.  I can assist you through this process and help you draft your private plan change.
